Hair Styles and Hats System

 Contents..

I made about 50 hair styles and hat styles for people images. The aim is to encrypt a letter of the alphabet spelling prompt or encrypt a number by the choice of hair or hat that the person wears.

My drawing skills are limited. So my articles list hair styles that I sketched years ago. However, in 2024, I have use of Adobe Substance 3D Viewer where I can use text prompts to generate a variety of hair styles or hats. I particularly like that I can rotate the head and hair style to get a side profile or slightly angles side profile. It really helps me.

I also like the idea of having A to Z represented in two ways for the Woman 1000 system, etc.. So instead of a choice of 26 hairstyles for the women, there can be 52 with some sort of alternation between which letter's hair style image to use. That makes the wonen have more variety in their appearance. I would do that for the men images and for the 5000 images article as well.

Hair / Hat 00 to 24 is set 1. Hair / hat 25 to 49 is set 2. It is a lot like how I did letters in the Colours article but with a little variation.

Here are images of the hair styles. Later on, I made more photorealistic hairstyles based on these:

I have used AI to make different people image systems. Sometimes, the hair is not quite like the template input hairstyle. So I need to use judgement to decipher the hairstyle. But I care about whether hair is below the shoulder and try to make it obvious which hairstyle was intended. For instance, hair style 00 and hairstyle 17 can look quite similar but if hair on the forehead occupies a lot of the right side of the face then I decide that it is hairstyle 17. Hairstyle 17 is also a lot lie hairstyle 06; so hair length matters at times as a distinguishing clue. Two other similar hairstyles are hairstyles 00 and 23; so hair length matters there as well: hair below the ears or not matters (from the perspective of lookinga tht eh person head on).

Side Note: I used Adobe Substance 3D Viewer and text prompts to make the 52 hairstyles. I wanted them to look different from each other when looking at someone's front profile.

Side Note: I can use the Set 1 hairstyles for putting hair on to male images. I can use the set 2 hairstyles for putting hair on to female images. But, my theory is that I should alternate the set 1 and set 2 hairstyles so that a male could have 26 hairstyles x 2; and so could a female.

Here are the letters that I associated with the hair styles: a hairstyle could represent a number from 0 to 51 or it could represent a letter of the alphabet. There are two sets. This is good for variety. Eg. In the Male 1000 and Woman 1000 articles, both using three digit numbers, odd numbers and even numbers can use a different hairstyle alphabet set. But I am marking out 26 alphabet letters for Male and 26 alphabet letters fro Female in case another system needs to keep them separate.

In early 2026, I used text prompts that approximate the front facing hairstyles (for AI image generator work. E.g. Nano Banana model gemini-3-pro-image-preview)

But then very good AI image generation came along and so I can use example hair style images as part of a prompt to show what i am really asking for when I request a new image.

Although hair is best thought of from more than one angle, I did make front facing profile more photorealistic versions of the 52 hairstyles:

Here are the hairstyles coloured in colours 00 to 19. I was experimenting with some hairstyles to make their colour more obvious if the Colours article uses 2 shades such as a dark yellow and a light yellow; I thought that blending one of those hairstyles would distinguish the two hair colours better; but it is just an idea I played with. [Note that Hairstyle 35 is a sideburns look and not loosely hanging hair.]

They are either very similar to the hairstyles from earlier in this article or quite similar; so you need to learn these small variations too:
